Victron Energy Lithium NG 12.8V 300Ah batteries are a next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4 or LFP) battery designed for high-performance energy storage. The NG range is available in 12V, 24V, and 48V configurations, offering scalable energy storage solutions for off-grid solar systems, marine applications, RVs and commercial installations.
The Lithium NG series builds on the success of the Victron Lithium Smart range, incorporating key improvements in performance, monitoring, and installation flexibility. Batteries can be connected in parallel, series, or a combination of both, supporting system voltages of 12V, 24V, or 48V. A single system can include up to 50 batteries, enabling a maximum capacity of 192 kWh in a 12V system and 384 kWh in a 24V or 48V setup.
Note : These batteries must be used with a Lynx Smart BMS NG 500A or 1000A, which manages automatic setup, monitoring, and system control.

The Lithium NG series integrates an advanced battery management system (BMS) to enhance safety and performance. The BMS continuously monitors battery voltage, current, and temperature, using this data to calculate the state of charge and trigger warnings or shutdowns as required. This information can be accessed via the VictronConnect app, a GX device, or the Victron VRM Portal.
The BMS performs key protective functions, including:
• Pre-alarm activation when a cell voltage drops below 3.0V
• Load disconnection when a cell voltage drops below 2.8V
• Charge shutdown when a cell voltage exceeds 3.6V or when temperatures are outside safe limits
The Lithium NG batteries are designed for easy installation, with secure bracket mounting options and a robust IP65-rated enclosure. Their improved low self-discharge rate, at a maximum of 2 percent per month, ensures reliable long-term performance.
