The Story

The Sungrow SBR Battery System is a high-voltage battery with Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) cells. These cells are Cobalt-free and are known as the safest and most sustainable battery chemistry currently available. This also makes this type of home battery more environmentally friendly and future-proof.

Sungrow SBR High Voltage LFP Battery System is modular, compact in size, and designed for direct use. Each module being 3.2kWh of storage, in stacks of 2-8 modules* offering flexible capacity ranging from 6.4 kWh to 25.6 kWh. With the option to parallel up to four SBR stacks, users can achieve a total capacity of up to 32 modules, totalling 102.4kWh

This modular design enables customisable energy storage solutions for residential and small commercial needs.

Through the Sungrow app, users have access to all essential information regarding their solar panel energy production and stored energy management. Both the inverter and the battery can be initialised with a single click, enabling automatic commissioning and real-time yield management.
