At Buzz.energy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion picks, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Buzz.energy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
